looking for minor repairs and want to avoid an insurance claim?
Just looking for some minor repair, touch up or want to avoid an insurance claim? We can certainly help you get your vehicle looking brand new again. Sometimes a full cut and polish and headlight renewal can make all the difference to fading paintwork.
We can provide you with a quote for scratch and dent removal, replacement parts, paint and panel repair.
Whatever your requirement is to make your car look its best, we would be happy to assist you.
I've been involved in an accident, what do I do?
Car accidents are sadly a fact of driving, and whether it was your fault or not, it is important to follow these simple steps to make sure the process is handled as simply and effectively as possible. Here are a few things to help you:
1. Check for injured persons and if so, call ‘000’ for ambulance and Police assistance.
2. If nobody is injured, attempt to make the crash area safe from other vehicles and call Police for assistance if required.
3. Obtain information from all involved parties – driver’s licence, contact number, witnesses, vehicle details and registration.
4. Take as many photos as possible including the surrounding area.
5. If the vehicle can be driven, make your way to the nearest crash repair centre and ask them to check for safety.
6. If the vehicle requires a tow truck you MUST call the Police to arrange it. If a vehicle can be driven 500 metres from the site, you may then arrange your own tow truck.
7. Call your insurance company or lodge your claim online regardless of whether you are at fault. You can always retract later if the at-fault party takes responsibility.
8. It is your right as a consumer to choose your repairer. Neither the tow truck company nor the insurance company dictates where you go.
9. Once you have a claim number you can bring your vehicle in for a quote. We will send the quote and images to your insurance company and wait for approval to repair them.
10. Once approval has been given, we can schedule your car for repair.
11. If in doubt, call our office on 08 8362 3299 and our friendly staff will assist through the process.

Our team will be happy to provide a quote for additional repairs or touch-ups while your vehicle is with us. Headlight renewing is extremely popular and makes a huge difference to your light output and the general appearance of your pride and joy.
What about a broken windscreen?
Most insurance policies cover you for one damaged windscreen per year. Call your insurer to find out if you are eligible then bring your vehicle to us and we can arrange the removal and replacement of your damaged screen and send the claim to your insurer.
Presentation is important to us too
Our team are fully trained and always uses approved repairer methods to remedy damaged vehicles. Our spray booths use new technology and have recently been upgraded to produce a premium quality result. Your vehicle will be washed and detailed before being presented to you for collection.
